Southern Company (GLSCAPE – The MAXIMO Project)

VPC collaborated with the System Integrator (SI) as part of the larger implementation  team at Southern Company Maximo – Oracle Financials project which was a large business and technology transformation that enabled employees to work in a consistent way across the company to manage critical assets.

Duke Energy (EAM Project)

The Duke Energy EAM Project focused on standardizing business processes so that industry best practices can be put in place across Duke Energy and integrated asset, work, and supply chain management. VPC was part of the engagement team that successfully delivered on the project.

American Electric Power (AEP) – Work and Asset Management (WAM) Project

The WAM Project is part of the Enterprise Application Renewal Program (EARP) which was established to identify and implement the best technology investments required to enable efficient business processes and modernize common and shared enterprise business processes and applications. VPC was part of the larger implementation team that successfully delivered on the first Wave of the project.

Tufts University (Facilities Operations) – Maximo 7.6 Upgrade Project

Verging Point Consulting is currently working with Tufts University Facilities Operations Division to support their Maximo 7.6 implementation after successfully completing the upgrade. Tufts University uses Maximo to manage the maintenance, repair and service delivery for Tufts Building Elements and other Assets (plant, property, and equipment) at each of its three campuses located in Boston, Grafton, and Medford.

Entergy Corporation – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Project

This project is focused on the deployment of Enterprise Asset Management and Workforce Management Systems which are part of a broader goal to develop the integrated Entergy Network and modernize the grid. The EAM Projects seeks to install an integrated system to manage the assets, maintenance, renewal and replacement records of all distribution, transmission, gas, and transportation fleet assets. The project scope also includes a system to manage workforce and work management processes including the deployment of field mobility devices more efficiently.

Nextera Energy – NexTEAM Project

The mission of the NexTEAM Project was to evaluate, recommend and implement a next sustainable solution to meet the work and asset management needs of the Power Generation Division (PGD). IBM Maximo was implemented to meet this need and VPC was part of the larger implementation engagement team that participated in the day-to-day project activities.

California Water Service Group (CalWater) – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Project

The California Water Service Company (CalWater) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Project objective was to improve business operations and to provide a sustainable business solution for future growth. The project implemented IBM Maximo 7.6 which enabled the organization to enhance the usability of the asset data and streamline information across business functions. VPC collaborated and worked alongside the System Integrator (SI) to deliver on the project.
